Emmy's Inside Joke

Emmy nominations are out and as usually the voting actors are voting for themselves. Actors live, work, and have relationships on the set so it is no surprise that the only they vote for is shows that reflect that. Not having normal jobs or going out in bigger circles they cannot relate to comedy from any other point of view. that explains Episodes. Louie and Girls are more about the real life stars not that actual shows.
